The use of competency-based interview questions are becoming more common, not only in the largest companies. Smaller and medium-sized companies use these tools as a means to improve their recruitment decisions.
This method is called to interview well-structured interviews and Behavioral interview techniques used to assess how the candidates past performance in related work can be used as a predictor of future performance.
Every job can be described in terms of Competencies, which are the skills, abilities or behaviors required and some of which will be regarded as essential and others desirable.
Management skills to their individual abilities, analytical skills, the ability to improve the interpersonal skills and willingness to appear 12 classified as the most common capabilities:
Communication, performance, customer orientation, teamwork, leadership, planning and organization, operational awareness, flexibility, developing others, problem solving, analytical thinking and relationship building.
Of course, these will depend on the role and level, but in an interview, you should expect the ability to question the ability of each of a series of explorations. These are usually acts of nature, take the following forms:
? Tell me about a time when
? Describe a situation
? Give an Example
When you give your answer the interviewer may choose to probe deeper and ask about the detail such as:
? How exactly did you do that?
? Tell me exactly what steps you took to resolve that
? What was your involvement
To further investigate the investigator tries to discover more about your skills and looking for clues that might indicate that you are exaggerating your part in the process or have created an integrated design.
When answering competency based interview questions we suggest that you have answers to real-life experiences which have had you and willing to choose to give information. Your answer must be relevant and sufficiently detailed. Be specific and tell a story. One technique to use if the behavior is to answer questions, what I call IPAR:
I = Talk about the part you played in IDENTIFYING or noticing the problem
P = Describe the PROBLEM, situation or task
A = Talk about the ACTION you took
R = Describe the successful RESULT by using figures and data to illustrate the benefit to the company.
And always use "I" rather than "we".
Prepare the answers to all the benefits to your application or resume, as you probably some questions that relate to this. You will notice that you use a sufficient supply of answers to help you answer any competency based interview, regardless of the style.
Sql Server Interview Questions: Store Procedures
A Store Procedure is a Sql Query that is stores in database in Sql Server. One thing is that there is no need to query to be write on front end code. Using store procedure improves performance now the question arise how its improve performance. Lets suppose we have to put some select query (select * from dotnetquestion where id>1000 and id<5000)
Here dotnetquestion is table and 1000 user are using this query at the same time. So lot of network traffic is there and network congestion occurs. Some of connection are disconnected due to network traffic and again reset and network traffic sent twice. So query really slow down the process.
Thus, in order to obtain exemption from the traffic on the network to some small amount of information transmitted over the network. So all these things done if stored information about SQL Server. Store Procedure saving role to play there, we need methods to save only a small command to execute procedures to deal with. Another advantage of the method is an overhead shop means that if we have some ad-hoc queries must be run every time especially if they are executed, but save precompiled procedures are created. When running store procedures in the collection plan is already in memory as compared to SQL query plan is based on the created shortcuts, and WHERE clauses. Thus, methods to save fasting.
DBMS Another big advantage when it is, we just each query, the server will be changed only need to change the query in one place.
But there are cases when the store process is useful when the question changed frequently. There are different types of storage process some of this stored procedure is as folm.
1. Define procedure Yuzasutoa
2. Systems Store Procedure
3. Extended Store Procedure

Closing for the Job in the Sales Interview - Interview Questions and Answers
If sales of the latest in a job interview if you are looking for a job with any kind of, here: know how to close the interview. Closing the interview, you have to stop completely focused on your own performance, your customer needs / questions should help you discover the job of manager. When to close the skills to develop, what, you know the answer to how to deal with non-objection or say.
The most important thing is to remember to complete to do so. Did not employ a sales manager who will not navigate the process of closing. If you can not turn off things like your work, and direct in their own self-interest is important, how will you be able to close the company's sales?
How do you close? The most direct way is to ask for the job:
One of the most important reasons to take this step is to uncover any objections they have to hiring you. Get them out into the open so you can deal with them NOW, while you still have a chance to speak up in your own defense. If they have a specific concern about your background, you can ask, for instance, if they've ever hired anyone with similar experience, or, what are the qualifications of the team's best salesperson? Maybe they have the same qualifications as you, and then you can uncover the "real" reason. Or maybe they'll rethink their position.
Remember, you are pushing for an answer now. This can be uncomfortable for you, but it is better to get an answer, you can meet and have a chance. If you press and the answer is
Knowing how to close will not only help you in interviews, but also (obviously) in sales processes, project management, and any negotiations. It's a skill that will benefit you not only in your career, but in your life.

Windows® Azure is a runtime environment in the cloud that delivers on-demand compute, storage, and automated systems management. Windows Azure provides developers with the ability to host, scale, and manage Web applications on the Internet through Microsoft® data centers.
Get Started Quickly Using Your Existing Skills. Windows Azure reduces barriers to entry to creating reliable and scalable web applications because it is an open platform that supports both Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies allowing developers to build applications and services on Windows Azure using their existing Microsoft® Visual Studio® 2008 or non-Microsoft programming languages and tools, such as PHP.
Standards Based Platform. Windows Azure supports popular standards and protocols including SOAP, REST, and XML. Using the Windows Azure tools, developers can build, debug, and deploy to Windows Azure directly from their existing development environment.
Control and Scalability. Developers have control of their environment and can specify their own performance standards while paying only for the resources needed for their applications. New Fabric Controller technology in Windows Azure provides developers with the ability to upgrade applications without interruption. Windows Azure includes tracing, logging, and monitoring functionality, giving insight into resource usage and performance.

The following sections describe new features in security, parallel computing, performance and diagnostics, dynamic language runtime, and other CLR-related technologies.
Security
The .NET Framework 4 Beta 1 provides simplifications, improvements, and expanded capabilities in the security model. For more information, see Security Changes in the .NET Framework 4.
Parallel Computing
The .NET Framework 4 Beta 1 introduces a new programming model for writing multithreaded and asynchronous code that greatly simplifies the work of application and library developers. The new model enables developers to write efficient, fine-grained, and scalable parallel code in a natural idiom without having to work directly with threads or the thread pool. The new Parallel and Task classes, and other related types, support this new model. Parallel LINQ (PLINQ), which is a parallel implementation of LINQ to Objects, enables similar functionality through declarative syntax. For more information, see Parallel Programming in the .NET Framework.
Performance and Diagnostics
In addition to the following features, the .NET Framework 4 Beta 1 provides improvements in startup time, working set sizes, and faster performance for multithreaded applications.
ETW Events
You can now access the Event Tracing for Windows (ETW) events for diagnostic purposes to improve performance. For more information, see the following topics:
*
CLR ETW Events
*
Using Event Tracing for Windows to Log CLR Events
Performance Monitor (Perfmon.exe) now enables you to disambiguate multiple applications that use the same name and multiple versions of the common language runtime loaded by a single process. This requires a simple registry modification. For more information, see Performance Counters and In-Process Side-By-Side Applications.
Code Contracts
Code contracts let you specify contractual information that is not represented by a method's or type's signature alone. The new System.Diagnostics.Contracts namespace contains classes that provide a language-neutral way to express coding assumptions in the form of pre-conditions, post-conditions, and object invariants. The contracts improve testing with run-time checking, enable static contract verification, and documentation generation.
The applicable scenarios include the following:
*
Perform static bug finding, which enables some bugs to be found without executing the code.
*
Create guidance for automated testing tools to enhance test coverage.
*
Create a standard notation for code behavior, which provides more information for documentation.
Lazy Initialiation
With lazy initialization, the memory for an object is not allocated until it is needed. Lazy initialization can improve performance by spreading object allocations evenly across the lifetime of a program. You can enable lazy initialization for any custom type by wrapping the type inside a System..::.Lazy<(Of <(T>)>) class.
Dynamic Language Runtime
The dynamic language runtime (DLR) is a new runtime environment that adds a set of services for dynamic languages to the CLR. The DLR makes it easier to develop dynamic languages to run on the .NET Framework and to add dynamic features to statically typed languages. To support the DLR, the new System.Dynamic namespace is added to the .NET Framework. In addition, several new classes that support the .NET Framework infrastructure are added to the System.Runtime.CompilerServices namespace. For more information, see Dynamic Language Runtime Overview.
In-Process Side-by-Side Execution
In-process side-by-side hosting enables an application to load and activate multiple versions of the common language runtime (CLR) in the same process. For example, you can run applications that are based on the .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 and applications that are based on .NET Framework 4 Beta 1 in the same process. Older components continue to use the same CLR version, and new components use the new CLR version. For more information, see Hosting Changes in the .NET Framework 4.
Interoperability
New interoperability features and improvements include the following:
*
You no longer have to use primary interop assemblies (PIAs). Compilers embed the parts of the interop assemblies that the add-ins actually use, and type safety is ensured by the common language runtime.
*
You can use the System.Runtime.InteropServices..::.ICustomQueryInterface interface to create a customized, managed code implementation of the IUnknown::QueryInterface method. Applications can use the customized implementation to return a specific interface (except IUnknown) for a particular interface ID.
Profiling
In the .NET Framework 4 Beta 1, you can attach profilers to a running process at any point, perform the requested profiling tasks, and then detach. For more information, see the [IClrProfiling::AttachProfiler]IClrProfiling Interface::AttachProfiler Method method.
Garbage Collection
The .NET Framework 4 Beta 1 provides background garbage collection; for more information, see the entry So, what’s new in the CLR 4.0 GC? in the CLR Garbage Collector blog.
Covariance and Contravariance
Several generic interfaces and delegates now support covariance and contravariance. For more information, see Covariance and Contravariance in the Common Language Runtime.
