You feel prepared for the interview. You are confident walking through the door to meet your interviewer. You have your positive experiences and stories ready to answer questions.

"Once he became aware that his behavior was affecting other's work he made a special effort to be more open and receptive. The team spirit improved greatly after that – as well as the productivity."
If this is your answer carefully, you see that offers many positives. The answer is to start using positive statements:

When I was interviewing for these jobs in my senior year of college I discussed my experience working at a big company and how I regularly put in 100 hours a week and lived at the office toward the end of my internship there.
How can you show just how hard you work?
-Starting your own company: Not even banking is this much work.
-Taking leadership of a large project that takes several months to complete.
-Working 2-3 jobs at once and multi-tasking all the time.
-Running a political campaign over many months.
Don't talk about Finals Week or how you worked hard for 1-2 weeks with something.In banking you'll often be exhausted for months at a time, so come up with something at least this long in duration.

You: "I agree that most solar companies are overvalued. After the study of large companies, I invested in solar X's a year ago. Their transactions on their rivals with 10% discount while 50% profit margin rate of growth. while their price-earnings ratio is only 30 or so, rather than 40 to 50 other companies. "
Interviewer: "Sounds good, but why were they valued so much lower than the competition?"
You: "They came in below earnings expectations just before I invested, and announced expansion plans and new capital expenditures at the same time. Investors questioned why they were spending more and more on product development when they were getting less profitable."
Interviewer: "So why did you invest anyway?"
You: "I found a much stronger correlation between annual stock returns and growth compared to profitability. Investors were focusing on short-term results instead of thinking long-term and looking at other companies in the industry. It is a nascent, high-growth industry so growth matters more than short-term profits."
This response shows you've put some thought into this stock pick and can explain in simple terms the qualitative and quantitative reasons for investing.
It's important to do both because candidates often focus on one or the other without considering the whole picture.

I find that the best people to find a way round problems or improve a difficult situation are usually the people at the coalface. If you want to know how to sell more product and services ask the salespeople. If you need to reduce direct costs ask the people in production. I use a structured but simple team planning process that makes certain that everyone contributes to planning the way ahead.’ Be prepared for a supplementary question on planning processes.

‘How do you keep your team wanting to come to work in the morning?’ One possible answer: ‘I find that resolving issues quickly is best done by assigning teams of, say, two people to find solutions. I make sure they know how important they and their work are to the whole organisation – that’s a huge motivator. Sometimes it’s good to set monthly goals so that the team can get together more frequently to celebrate their achievements. I also find that people need to get involved in new activities and new challenges.’

You'll find that the person will be fairly straight forward in sharing their management style with you. What you want to pay attention to is how they word it.
4. WHAT TYPES OF PEOPLE TEND TO EXCEL HERE?: Workaholics? Ones who are self-motivated and manage themselves well? People who work well in teams or committees? Employees who keep their supervisor informed of "where they are with things" on a daily basis?
This tells you something about the pervasive culture in the company or department. Generally speaking, companies - or departments - tend to be made up of similar types of people that are in harmony with the company culture and philosophy.
An entrepreneurial person won't function well in a committee environment. While sales personalities can vary greatly, the top achievers are goal driven and motivated to achieve, rather than complacent.
Who are accustomed to thinking for themselves will find themselves in a company, a more dictatorial pot, while those who perform better, they are told what to do will find themselves behind the company, asked its employees to think for themselves.
5. How long are you here? Why do you live?: The answer to this question will give you an indication of the health or sense of service or company. The way they answered the question will give you additional insight into your potential boss, style of management, and what kind of people excel in the service or the company.
This is a question of information, rather than challenge. Really interested in the answer, because you gain valuable information must be with your future. When you leave the interview process first-hand experience, you will meet you and you're looking for lessons.
